Listing properties on our platform may involve fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Services Provided
- Real-Time Booking: Vavila offers real-time hotel booking and property listing services within Nigeria.
- Booking and Cancellation: Users can book and cancel hotel reservations through our platform. Bookings can be canceled before acceptance by the hotel or through direct contact with the hotel afterward, with a 25% payment waiver.
- Fees and Charges: A flat 4% fee is charged for each booking transaction. There are no hidden charges, and withdrawals are free.
3. User Obligations
- Compliance: Users must comply with all Nigerian laws and regulations. Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
- Account Information: Users are prohibited from sharing login details or any other personal information that could compromise the security of their account.
- Booking Conduct: Users must ensure all booking details are accurate and up-to-date. Misuse of the booking system may lead to penalties or account termination.
4. Payments and Withdrawals
- Transaction Fees: A 4% fee is charged for each booking transaction. This fee is transparent and disclosed at the time of booking.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals of funds are free and can be processed through the app. Users must follow the provided instructions to ensure successful transactions.
5. Data Privacy and Security
- Data Protection: Vavila is committed to protecting user data. We do not ask for login details, and all personal information is securely stored and handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and any activities that occur under their account.
6. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed in real-time. Users will receive confirmation details via the app.
- Cancellation: Bookings can be canceled before hotel acceptance through the app. For cancellations after acceptance, users must contact the hotel directly. A 25% payment waiver is applicable in such cases.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent Activities: Any fraudulent activities or attempts to exploit the booking system will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- Violation of Laws: Users must not engage in any activities that violate Nigerian laws or Vavila’s rules and regulations.
8. Upcoming Features
- New Services: Vavila will soon offer flight booking tickets and car rental services. These services will be governed by additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated upon launch.

- Non-Compliance: Accounts that violate our terms and conditions or fail to comply with Nigerian laws will be banned.

9. Limitation of Liability
- Service Accuracy: While Vavila strives to provide accurate and timely booking information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.
- Third-Party Services: Vavila is not liable for any issues arising from third-party services, including hotels and properties listed on our platform.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Issue Resolution: Users can resolve any issues related to withdrawals or failed bookings by using the “Contact Us” button inside the app. Our support team is available to assist with any concerns.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Updates: Vavila reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through the app or via email.
