1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vavila, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "User" refers to anyone using the platform, including guests, hosts, and service providers.
  • "Host" refers to property owners or managers listing accommodations.
  • "Guest" refers to individuals booking accommodations through the platform.
  • "Platform" refers to the Vavila website, mobile app, and other digital services.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Vavila reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activities.

4. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the host.
  • Payment must be made through the platform's designated payment methods.
  • Vavila may hold funds temporarily for security purposes.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation and refund requests are subject to Vavila's Refund Policy.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Listing & Host Responsibilities

  • Hosts must provide accurate descriptions of their properties.
  • Vavila is not responsible for any misrepresentation by hosts.
  • Hosts must adhere to Vavila's security and verification guidelines.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false information or engage in fraudulent transactions.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior towards other users or staff.

8. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Vavila monitors transactions to prevent fraud and ensure security.
  • Users suspected of fraudulent activities may be suspended or banned.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Vavila is a marketplace connecting hosts and guests; we do not own or control listed properties.
  • We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from bookings.

10. Modifications to Terms

Vavila reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

VAVILA FREE CAR PICKUP & FOOD VOUCHER – TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure a seamless and premium experience, the Free Car Pickup and Food Voucher services are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria

Users can qualify for these benefits under the following conditions:

  • Free Food Voucher: Spend a minimum of ₦100,000 on a single hotel booking through the Vavila App.
  • Free Car Pickup: Spend a minimum of ₦200,000 on a single hotel booking through the Vavila App.
  • Frequent users may also receive exclusive perks, including both offers, based on their booking history.

2. Coverage Area (For Car Pickup Service)

  • The pickup service is only available within an 11 to 12-kilometer radius of the hotel location and destination.
  • Destinations beyond this range will attract additional charges or may not be eligible for free pickup.

3. Pickup Timing & Readiness

  • Guests must be ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays.
  • The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the pickup location. If the guest is not available within this time, the service will be considered canceled.
  • Any rescheduled pickups are subject to driver availability.

4. Booking & Confirmation

  • Free pickups must be requested at least 12 hours in advance via the Vavila App.
  • Confirmation of pickup or food voucher eligibility will be sent via the app, SMS, or email once approved.

5. Luggage & Passenger Limit (For Car Pickup Service)

  • The service is valid for one booking per guest and can accommodate up to two passengers per ride.
  • Luggage must fit within the car's storage capacity; oversized baggage may require alternate arrangements at the guest's expense.

6. Service Modifications & Cancellations

  • Vavila reserves the right to modify or cancel the free car pickup or food voucher offer due to unforeseen circumstances, including vehicle unavailability, hotel policy changes, or operational limitations.
  • Guests will be informed promptly in case of any changes.

By booking a hotel and using the free car pickup or food voucher service, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
